We will continue to meet weekly or bi-weekly via video conference or phone on your journey to your best self!
We’ll create a plan together, and I will cheer you on and give you the accountability you need to reach your goals.
The 90 Day program includes:
- Free Consultation (30 minutes)
- Weekly or Bi-weekly Coaching Sessions (30 minutes)
- Email support between sessions
- Homework that you’ll be happy to do, as you’ll be tracking your progress
- My genuine interest in your health and wellness
While six months is recommended to ensure sustainable lifestyle changes, you may choose to do more or less. The 90 Day program is recurring, but can be canceled anytime prior to the renewal date.
