Combat fat and stress with this unique take on bootcamp! This class combines mind-body fitness (Yoga, Pilates, and Barre) with traditional strength training circuits. Modifications will be given allowing each student to work at their level. Dumbbells/resistance bands, and a mat are recommended..



Burn fat and tone your body with this blend of cardio intervals and strength-training. All levels welcome. Low Impact modifications will be given for each exercise! Dumbbells/Resistance Bands, and a mat recommended.

yoga flow

Yoga Flow is a practical, user-friendly style of yoga.  This class is designed to increase strength and flexibility, while augmenting recovery for ailments including stress, lower back pain and tension.


mat pilates

Whether you’re a beginner or expert practitioner, this mat workout will strengthen your core, tone your hips and thighs, and flatten your abs. Mat Pilates also creates suppleness of the spine and may reduce back pain.
